Le Cordon Bleu Spanish Cuisine Workshop In Istanbul
Using the finest produce you will cook your way around Europe, discovering new ingredients and exciting flavour combinations during three fantastic days of cooking. This cooking course is designed for food lovers, where each day a different Europe country is explored and local specialities recreated. Under the guidance of one of our Instructor Chefs you will discover the skills of balancing flavours whilst also learning fundamental European cooking techniques.

During this three-day cooking course, you will explore the following cuisine:

Day 3 – Spanish Conviviality
Gazpacho
Spanish Tortilla
Paella Valencia

Using the finest produce you will cook your way around Spain, discovering new ingredients and exciting flavour combinations. Designed with food lovers in mind, you will be able to explore local Spanish specialities under the guidance of one of our Instructor Chefs who will teach you the craft of balancing flavours, whilst learning fundamental Spanish cooking techniques.

Included in the price:
Six-hour group practical lesson (inclusive of a 30-minute break). All ingredients, cooking equipment and teaching resources are provided in our practical kitchen for use on the day. No prior knowledge is required for this course, which is suitable for both beginners and cooks with some experience, and all of the food created during the day is yours to take home with you.Following the completion of the workshop, the Le Cordon Bleu Workshop Certificate will be granted to the participants.

Özyeğin University and Le Cordon Bleu  signed an partnership agreement in July 2012. In the scope of this partnership, the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Degree Program in courses will be given by Le Cordon Bleu chefs using the LCB training modules.

Le Cordon Bleu doors are open to anyone inside or outside the industry  who want to improve him/herself in the culinary arts world. Those who want to be "Turkey's Julia Child", can attend programs provided by Le Cordon Bleu in different levels and durations, to receive LCB certificates.
